What data we collect and why it is required
When people make comments on the site we collect the information found within the comment, and the author’s IP address and web browser user agent string for spam detection.
An anonymised string formulated from your email address (also described as a hash) may be given to partner services to detect if you use them. Following validation of your comment, your profile picture is visible to other site visitors in the context of your comment.
Whenever you submit graphics to the site, you should avoid uploading graphics with embedded location information (EXIF, GPS) included. Website users are able to download and extract any location information from graphics on the site.
